Even with just a few smart vents, Flair Zone Control balances every zone with a far more granular algorithm than the stock app allows: zones that are air-starved or far from the air handler get automatic boosting, while satisfied zones are kept from over-cooling. Each zone's register size is configured once, and the system calculates precise airflow and safety margins from there, with far more control over zone behavior and schedules than Flair's own app offers. It also integrates directly with Ecobee over HomeKit instead of through the slower Flair API, for faster response and more accurate temperature and sensor data.
